Book Bands and Levels
It is not easy trying to fit decodable phonic books, with structured progressive vocabulary, into guided reading bands which historically do not have phonics as part of their criteria. However, now that systematic phonics teaching is a mandatory part of the school curriculum for the Foundation and Key Stage 1 in the UK, someone must have overall responsibility for marrying the two together.
This list may not be accurate, but I have described the criteria I have used in detail.
