Revised books 1B and 10B

It has been clear, thanks to the healthy-eating campaigns of recent times, that children aged 4 or 5 no longer have 'cans' of fizzy drinks. The word 'can', meaning a drink's container, means nothing to them. So there is no point whatsoever in having it in book 1B. This is the reason for the revision of the text and pictures in this book.

Also, every page in book 10B of the old print run contained the word 'very'. The reason for this was to have a word beginning with the letter 'v' within the B Series. However, since Letters and Sounds classes the word 'very' as not being decodable until Phonic Phase 5, it has been omitted in the new print run.
